By accessing and using this service ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access the Service for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Billing is processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Photo Uploads and Content Rights

You retain all ownership rights to photos you upload to Photo Coach. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them with AI for the purpose of providing feedback. We do not sell, distribute, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the Service. Photos are stored securely and are private to your account.

Users agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must own the rights to or have permission to upload any photos you submit.

6. AI-Generated Feedback Disclaimer

Photo Coach provides feedback generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated critiques are suggestions and educational content, not professional photography advice. Users should use their own judgment and consider seeking professional instruction for critical photography decisions.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI feedback.

7. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
